Good work-life balance but communication needs improvement - Research Associate BPS Bioscience Employee Review

I have loved interning at BPS. Because the team is small I have gotten the opportunity to work on a variety of different projects, more so than I would have at a large company. And my work is acknowledged by my supervisors.

Working remotely due to COVID-19 can be difficult but it is unfortunately unavoidable.

used to have weekly + quarterly lunches, decent quarterly bonuses good work-life balance no big layoffs
