No improvements honestly, I would work for them again.
Only cons was that tips weren’t amazing but that was no fault of the company
Great salary, lovely team (who are still friends), clients were a delight to work for, lots of ski time, comprehensive training, directors welcomed feedback
Cons
Workforce lacked diversity, resort managers could do with more people handling training.
