Pros

I’ve found myself under a great manager on a very competent team. Everyone I’ve spoken to has echoed my experience and most people seem happy to be working at BRG. I enjoy getting to work on a variety of projects and feel like the work load is manageable and healthy. I feel challenged but not overwhelmed by the content or volume of work. I love the people I’ve met at BRG as colleagues and see myself working here for a long time. There are also frequent social events that BRG puts time into planning and they’re a lot of fun!

Cons

I don’t have any cons from my experience so far. BRG has been everything I was looking for in an employer.

Pros

They pay you very well, and if you have a strong work ethic, the work isn't hard at all. I think people nowadays are either too soft or just lazy, and complain about "just work". What do you think you're supposed to do when you're on the clock? The culture is fun, and they want you to connect with your co-workers and engage in various activities. If you aren't remote, they also offer a lot of activities that the company will pay for (hockey games, holiday parties, etc). They are flexible (at least on my team) with your schedule and very understanding if you need some time off during your regular work hours,

Cons

The training process was not very good. On some instances, it even seemed like the direction they wanted our team to go changed DURING training, so you would be focusing all of your energy on understanding one thing, and out of the blue, our responsibilities changed. They seem to have a divide and conquer mindset in training, pushing others ahead, and leaving people (hired at the same time) behind. If you reach out to people that have been pushed ahead, you are reprimanded as if there is some top secret level of information that you are not worthy of having being included in.
