Great people and the vibe is nice.
Cons
Can be a little disorganized and lacks thinking 2 steps ahead in terms of managing shifts and having back-ups. Additionally, I realized later post the contract signing that the hourly wages differed for some people, even when they were not from the same gastronomie background, similar to me, which did feel a little unfair. No clear logic in offering different hourly wage contracts to people doing the same job!
