      Great company with passionate employees and very well managed.

      Cons

      The experience of working for BRP as an employee versus a consultant is very different. I highly recommend working there as a full-time BRP employee.

      Short lead times to work on complex projects. Lack of procedures or standard works. Extended periods outside on hot or cold places to gather the data required for any new project.
