Pros
- Very flexible for work/home balance. As long as you get the work done, no one will bother you. (This was most important to me, hence the overall rating of "4" stars.) - Quarterly meetings allow for some transparency. - Office space itself is comfortable and stylish. - Michael Brunner actually knows the names of all of his employees.
Cons
- Random layoffs with no determinable rational for the individuals chosen. - Little room to grow. There's no set hierarchy. - Strong bias towards digital/BHive Lab, despite the minor progress shown from this initiative. - Tons of turnover due to low pay and job insecurity. - Little effort is made to educate the client. More of a, "Whatever you say, client X!" even when it's obvious to the team that a better solution is available.
