Pros
Great coworkers, very diverse and knowledgeable people. A lot of training resources, exposure to different technology and clients. Very good learning experience overall and meaningful mission.
Cons
There's a lot of travel (that's just part of the job), last minute scheduling, lower pay compared to industry equivalents. Majority of decision-making power is still in England even though all their money is made from the United States, which leads to the majority of requests from US employees being ignored.
