Cons
My department had a 250% turnover rate in the last year. Everyone either quit because the supervisor is overbearing and unhelpful or because they got fired for not being able to keep up with impossible expectations. There is a 1 month training period which does not actually prepare you for the role or train you on what you are actually going to be doing basically at all Heavy almost unmanageable workload. Supervisor expects you to go to her for assistance, but when you do it is rarely provided in any meaningful way and there is a high likelihood you will get in trouble for needing it in the first place and get in trouble if you don't ask.
