      Pros

      Os processos são integrados e organizados. As pessoas são receptivas. AS áreas são muito abertas a ensinamentos, compartilhamento de informações e os gerentes são bem solícitos. Os benefícios também são bons.

      Cons

      O salário é bom mas acredito que esteja abaixo do mercado. Um ou dois gerentes são um tanto quanto mais dificeis de desenvolver uma conversação, mas como não tive que lidar diretamente com eles, não me afetaram muito.

      Pros

      Autonomous working environment. Most jobs are work from home.

      Cons

      Work life balance. Managers have never done the actual job and have no idea how time consuming it is. You won't have time to take your PTO and then you lose it at the end of the year, no carry over.
