Pros

- Small team size so everyone can work closely together - Multi-team work - Good opportunity to learn different things - Growing fast - Monthly company lunch, team lunch depends on the team you join in, monthly social events - Nice people - Trying to build a good culture for all the old and new employees

Cons

- Small chance to increase salary - Some people don't like the changes in business process/ industry standard

Pros

They are starting to use others hardware, their hardware has numerous issues and is not supported. Snow plow solution is only positive, focus is on one vertical. Recent merger is not going well, change of platform and hardware are primary issue, along with lagging products.

Cons

Where to start: horrible products and support, customer needs are not considered at all. Sales strategy is sell, sell, who cares if it works. Management is inexperienced in transportation integration, stand alone product.

Pros

- Lots of great people (across sales, customer service, product development, etc.) with incredible knowledge about our customers and verticals - New products and solutions being developed or planned - Tons of potential to contribute to building a company and carve out your own path - Lots of autonomy and ownership (maybe this depends on which part of the organization you are in, but I've seen this span across many departments)

Cons

- To be honest, the actual technology isn't that special. Every telematics company appears to try the same things. Applying the technology to solve our customers' problems is the exciting part! - Old products appear to be beasts to deal with, but thankfully there are plans to end-of-life them - Change is hard for some people, especially those that have been here forever - Some people lack experience working in modern tech companies
