Pros
Company Culture (for Sales Pros) is positive. Great people with similar passion for student athletes and programs. Nice employee discounts on merchandise.
Cons
Horrible pay structure, inability to work efficiently within the scope of the position, work/life balance is only possible if you commit to turning off phone during night, weekends, holidays.... and you won’t meet customer deadlines/needs. Burnout is inevitable if you want to make a respectable salary.... which is not very respectable in most cases.
