Pros
Management starts at the top, and BSN senior management gets it. They do everything they can to help their 500+ salespeople, and support people do their job more efficiently and make $! The BSN family is tight knit and you feel like you are truly part of a team.
Cons
As in any large organization, it is hard to advance upward into management. With that said, if you are producing, you are recognized and fast tracked.
