Work is easy and not too difficult

Sometimes management can be iffy and it's hard to get hours

Flexible working hours, pretty much it

Staff are either going to be your best friends or enemies. No protection from the higher ups at all, countless amount of people have made reports on one senior staff member for multiple reasons i can't specify here but nothing was done. They don't hestitate firing good staff members for one mistake. You won't be respected here and treated more like a worker ant
