      Fun and a company with personality. Unlimited PTO and people were nice

      no communication and management is fluffy & inexperienced. lack of direction on projects, products, and leadership. a bit superficial.

      Pros

      There are many capable and smart people who work there and most people are very nice and have no ego. Company managers support professional development and are overall supportive of personal needs of employees.

      Remote only work environment can be hard for some.
