- bullying and cruel management - pay grades are impossible to climb - 'inner circle' atmosphere where they are protected at all costs and others take the fall for everything - if 'face doesn't fit' you are pushed out - management staff in roles for wrong reasons and see employees as a threat rather than opportunity - great place to work is a joke - no recognition or reward for going above and beyond - just AWFUL place
