      Pros

      Flexi Hours (Used to be).

      Cons

      Low Pay, Danish Bosses who prefer Danish Staff (Second tier citizen in own country), SGD 700 bonus for 2016 whole year, no 13 month AWS, No Pay rise for 2 years in a row even though bosses have butlers, drivers and take home bonuses. STRONG financials but they still fire in order to "Right Size"

      They really trust you to get your work done. They don’t hover and it’s a great environment to learn and develop professionally.

      Cons

      In my time, I didn’t really see any downside in working here.
