Horrendous company with a total lack of care or compassion for its staff - Adminstrator BWCI Group Employee Review

Terrible wages, likely worst in the channel islands, terrible benefits, and if you need anything advancements on your medical insurance, they will not help you. The company as a whole only cares about themselves and the money, bonuses are beyond bad, as the company partners take 80% for themselves, and the rest gets dolled out amongst the rest of the staff. HR are hopeless and no nothing, and do not care about the staff, only the company and themselves, they will happily step on you to make themselves look better. You cannot tell them anything, as there is zero privacy, so all your information will be spread around the company. Avoid BWCI like the plague!
