Bad Management, bad decisions, overall bad - Marketing Assistant BY FAR Employee Review

Pros

Remote working, Beautiful aesthetics, Great networking options

Cons

The top management has delusional ideas about how to run business and have no rational arguments on why certain decisions are made. Not enough respect to employees. There is a sensible hierarchy and if you do not follow the unwritten rules/demands it is impossible for you to be heard or recognized and you end up tasked with “bus-boy” tasks like bringing and washing a can on redbull to a founder. Overall it is a shame that such potential and resources are wasted because someone thinks they know how to run business. All knowledgeble and hardworking people have left/been fired and whoever has stayed is either friend or has less experience = receiving less salary.

Pros

My experience thus far has been a remarkable journey filled with growth, opportunity, and support. BY FAR truly values its employees. The camaraderie among employees in unmatched, and it feels like one big happy family working toward common goals. BY FAR and the CEO Sabina fosters a culture of innovation. We're encouraged to bring our ideas to the table. BY FAR is more than just a workplace; it's a place where you can thrive both professionally and personally. If you're looking for a company that values its employees, offers growth opportunities, and embraces innovation, this is the place to be. I'm genuinely proud to be a part of this organization and excited about the future here. Thank you, BY FAR, for making work feel like a second home.

Cons

Honestly, it's challenging to find significant downsides to working at BY FAR. Every organization has its minor hiccups, but they're quickly addressed, and they pale in comparison to the overall positive experience.
