* Poor management * Some gets more flexibilities , who are close to managements * Someone gets more workload pressure , someone not, Work pressure doesn't distribute equally to the members. * No appreciation for any achievement. * Someone fail to complete the task but they are saved by naming many of them to the management. And other hand if someone does the task properly, his name is not much focused by the management. It depends on who you are, If you are close to CEO, management people, management people, you will always be saved. * Management approach is not same for everyone. * Internal politics, backbiting is very common here.
