Pros
Salaried positions with guaranteed money for sales people. Not a draw. Money does not have to be paid back regardless of if you meet your monthly sales quota. You will get paid even if you take the whole month off and sit on your butt.
Cons
I am always very bored with nothing to do, like the case concierges. No excitement. Case concierges think lying spreading rumors and causing drama and getting people fired is fun and exciting. They come to me spilling made up gossip and ask me to participate but that’s beneath me and I don’t partake. Plus I think it’s unkind what they do. Not cool at all. This place has poor ventilation. It’s hard to breathe. Good thing they never required masks here even at the start of the pandemic or I’d have an asthma attack.
