Pros
They did try to make the working conditions better. When I started, we worked in the basement that was filled with asbestos, mold, the bathroom was a nightmare. The bought a building next door and renovated (we employees were asked to help) into cubicles that were at least healthier.
Cons
I was told at my initial interview that I had to move to Benson in order to get hired; so I did (they had no relocation allowance so I paid for this myself). On the first day, I learned they hired another tech writer who was allowed to work remote nearly full time (this person came in for a day twice a month--this person lived closer to Benson than I did. Please also note: this person and the married owner openly flirted with each other). I learned that I was not paid as much as nor did I receive the same "bonus" as another male tech writer who was hired after I was--he had less experience and education than I. This was one of the most toxic environments I've ever worked in. Avoid at all costs.
