Pros

You’ll make great friends and learn to be agile in your work.

Cons

Don’t bother wasting your time. Just run. Everyone is overworked due to high turnover rates, layoffs, and no backfills. The CEO will not listen to you, you cannot challenge any ideas, there is no trust put in you to do your job, and the executive leadership team is just a bunch of old people with big egos. You’ll be expected to perform the work of 5 people only to be told it’s wrong. The CEO has lead multiple big brands to mass layoffs and failure, and she’s doing the same here. She does not know how to lead, nor do the leaders she puts in place. She likely can’t leave because she has a proven track record of imploding the brands she works for. Nobody has respect for their leaders here due to their lack of respect for their workers. The executive team will say the grass isn’t always greener and this is a great place to work so you should do your part better. But there is greener grass outside of this company. Don’t ignore the reviews here. I know it can be enticing to work for a big brand, but run far away. There’s a reason they’re trying to coerce us into writing good reviews to save face.
