      Management needs reorganisation, the office communications is weak, everyone think that if you go home on time you don't have enough tasks.

      Work is doable and Shifts are rotated well, to mitigate fatigue.

      Cons

      They do not hire permanently. They will keep rehiring you once in a while for short-term work.
