Pros
-not too big/not too small -a lot of experience within the company (can be a con at times though) -passion for the water industry -good collaboration within your own team (but can be siloed within functions)
Cons
-a lot of processes need to be updated to drive efficiency instead of continuing with "how it's been done in the past" -product launches take much longer than expected and the messaging to the market is confusing with all of the delays -returning to the office felt rushed and the hybrid schedule doesn't seem to offer a lot of flexibility -due to COVID restrictions, most meetings are taken at your small cube with minimal in-person collaboration (doesn't feel different than when we were remote) -functions seem to butt heads more than work together to solve the customer's needs -most people stay in the same roles for years (often decades) -- promotions seem difficult to obtain -pay is significantly lower than other manufacturing/software companies
