Company is solid financially; great benefits including annual incentive; collaborative atmosphere; lot of promotions from within. Flexible, hybrid work schedule; there was NO increase to employee health insurance rates this year which is terrific for employees especially in this inflationary environment

Fast growth requires you to continually think ahead; problem solving skills are important so if you don't have them, this job isn't for you
