1. Toxic people [applicable to some] - so much for its 'core values'. 2. Poor time management [non stop meetings - can't even manage or enforce the WLB (Work Life Balance)]. 3. Sneaky political snakes & backstabbing office culture. 4. Very low pay despite having bachelor's degree/masters. Especially for a contractual role. Less benefits = more work. 5. Poor growth/training/development for staff, 6. Lots of COI's.
