Project management and people management skills severely lacking by some managers and affect the everyday workings of this company. People in roles they don't have experience or knowledge to be in cause issues, especially for those below them. Just culture is not well showcased or implemented in this company despite being consultants in the topic. Blaming others for errors or mismanagement is standard. A severe amount of processes which are complex, time consuming, and inefficient. No career opportunities. Inflexible working models.
