Pros
Pay, people, environment, room for growth. This has been a great transition for me, you don’t feel like a small fish in the ocean, you feel as a contributor and asset to the firm
Cons
Less resources than larger firms, management could be improved but are very nice individuals. Their internal desks sometimes takes times to answer important questions
