1. They make you work 7 days a week without comp off (even on Sundays, forget about Saturdays) even for non sales teams 2. Zero process orientation 3. Unrealistic TAT ( sometimes within a few hours) to complete a project/task/complex work only so that the Manager would impress their boss and have a tick mark on tracker points. This is a daily horror not once in a bluemoon occurence. This impacts the health of employee, please join if you want free High BP and stress induced diabetes in early stages of Life 4. Cannot complete any project in Agile manner. 5. Usage of abusive language in meetings with women around. 6. Horrendous experience working in the org. Will never even recommend a dead soul here.
