Pros
Strong benefits in regards to 401K and healthcare etc, and luckily as an hourly employee you are guaranteed a 9-to-5 schedule. Weekly lunches with each practice group that provide continuing education and/or more context into the work of the larger group and company.
Cons
Working under multiple leaders causes lots of difficulties with balancing projects and performing well. Difficult to get in touch with manager who worked in multiple locations, and lacked support from leadership.
