Pros
Literally some of the smartest people in the room. Great opportunities to work with amazing people, unless you're on the operations side. Flexible dress and summer hours are a plus.
Cons
Very little ability to do more than administrative work. Not a lot of room to move up. Very clear that admin professionals and the needs of the group aren't a priority.
