Executive leadership seems to care about learning, development, work life balance, etc.
Cons
The principal of the consulting practice you work in really determines what kind of environment it is. My principal/boss doesn't seem to care that much about coaching, development, or retaining staff. We only hire new grads who stay for 1-2 years and move on and experienced hires often don't last long because of lack of support and development. The salary is lower than most consulting firms of this size.
