      They cannot keep their people

      Cons

      This company has some of the worse management I have every experienced in my entire career. Management brags about world domination but they can't even keep their own people. The word on the street is this company is infested with organized crime.

      Baker Tilly continuing to gobble up small firms has shifted the company culture. Not the same BT it once was when I started 3 years ago
