Changed for the worse - Anonymous employee Baker Tilly Employee Review

I was with this company for 10+ years, and was around when BT was only in the Midwest. The more mergers they did, the more this company fell away from their core values. Management got worse and there were lots of changes in our dept. The manager I ended up with was one of the worst I had ever had, and so many coworkers of mine had the same issue with this person. While there were several great people in our dept, the gap between us and management grew, which sent things downhill. Seeing all the mergers since I left makes me glad I'm not with them anymore.
