      The job was super easy, lots of point and click work, promotion from within was faster than expected, décent benefits and office location

      Cons

      Management retainment is questionable , returned to office, lack of overtime, some promotions may be undeserved and out of desperation due to high turn over

      Dynamic and evolving environment for those interested in fintech and digital asset innovation. I had the opportunity to collaborate across multiple teams and assigned various initiatives which made my role interesting.

      Cons

      Things changed dramatically across my short tenure. Lots of different leaders who came and went.
