      Challenging time for startups in this current economic climate. Not reflective of the company leadership, just a sign of the times.

      Pros

      Healthy culture, flexible work schedule, 4-day work week, unlimited PTO, great coworkers and ED, impressive programmatic work making big strides for public health and nutrition security. I'm so grateful to work here!

      Cons

      The only downside is that you're not making for-profit money, but that comes with the territory.
