Terrible - Anonymous employee Balboa Water Group Employee Review

Horrible treatment of employees. I was hired to work on a project, but I was never invited to any of the meetings. Power-tripping manager had plans to fire me even though he was part of the hiring process. He intentionally would give me the wrong information and then call a meeting with HR to tell me I did wrong. HR is just a puppet and beats on employees without questioning anything. Also, HR gave me an elementary school level test during the hiring process, when I have a master's degree with years of working high-level engineering jobs.
