Terrible culture - Senior Technologist, Maintenance Ballard Power Employee Review

Lack of organization; extremely poor middle & upper mgmt; no HR support for employees; lots of silo thinking and lack of cooperation; no accountability or responsibility (you can basically do - or NOT do - whatever you want with no oversight and no repercussions, so most of the work is actually done by a few conscientious people from each team - the same people who post here that they are overworked - while the rest do nothing); no supervision; no on-boarding process; outdated software, equipment, documentation, intranet, processes, etc.; glaring decay and inefficiency everywhere you look; personal laptops that are useless because you are not allowed to alter anything on them; no publication standards or documentation staff; no training department ... I could go on
