Hi! We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts about your working experiences at Bally’s Interactive. While we are always thrilled to hear when our employees are pleased with their salary and benefits, we are nevertheless continually seeking to identify areas for improvement.
We appreciate that, as our first line of communication with our players, Customer Support teams play a crucial role which should never be underestimated! It is always our intention to compensate our teams fairly for their shifts and unsociable hours, but we also believe that managing stress or challenges require a more holistic approach, such as our Employee Assistance Program.
Allowing our existing team members room to develop their skills and progress in their career is always one of our top priorities, and your comments in this area have been noted. Although not every opening can be filled internally, we hope to nurture our existing talent thought development plans, training opportunities, and learning resources.
