Pros
Free parking, good benefits, beautiful location and walking path, 401K, caring co-workers. Used to be a wonderful corporate culture, but, unfortunately, that has deteriorated. I would recommend this company as a stepping stone only, not a long-term career placement.
Cons
Secretive, behind the scenes implementation of new policies without employee buy-in or involvement . Outdated, minimal, and meaningless performance review policies reviewed by direct manager only, without any weigh in or review from any senior management. Pay increases minimal and not tied to performance. Throw-away mentality for older employees. Minimal pay increases, despite glowing performance reviews. Some departments with very fat and overweight payrolls and an abundance of human resources and others (under the same senior manager) are pay and employee starved.
