Pros

Good co workers. Great benefits. Great product

Cons

Pay was not competitive whatsoever. Goals were almost unobtainable. Upper management always asked for feedback on how they can improve but nothing was ever changed. Made some departments return to office even though they had promised they would never “force” anyone to come back to office although we all knew it was a lie since they moved their headquarters to a massive building. Had to make that investment worth it somehow. Raises were far and few in between. No matter how good you did they always wanted more and more.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're glad to hear that you appreciated your coworkers, benefits, and our product. We understand your concerns about compensation, goals, and the return-to-office policy. Please know that we are actively working on addressing feedback and making improvements. In fact, our most recent employee engagement survey showed significant improvement from the 2024 survey, indicating positive progress since implementing the work mode change to come into the office three times per week. We are committed to taking meaningful action based on the input we receive from both current and former team members. Your insights are valuable, and we appreciate your honesty. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors. Thanks, Jonathan, Head of Legal and HR

Pros

At the end of my tenure, I really have no pros.

Cons

I'm pretty sure I was "quietly laid off", in the effort of sneaky downsizing without having to actually do formal layoffs. This place was a godsend and a great place to work on my small independent team, and I did great. Then they did massive restructuring, added layers of hierarchy, added process, and basically just starting running a creative team like a line of factory workers. I had a horrible time with my manager on so many different levels, and felt validation when others would reflect the same, but I reflect what everyone else says - narcissistic, micro managing leadership that I now understand play manipulation games. I was put on a performance improvement plan and finally quit due to burnout, stress, and the dissolution of a role and a team that I had from before. They constantly push for solutions and deliverables, but I never really saw anything I delivered actually get treated and implemented with respect. Company policies and siloed team policies and procedures stymie actual effectiveness, and it seems like the leadership acts as your strict grade school teacher rather than having your back.
