Misclassified as an exempt employee. Comp time, 1 day off for 8 hrs weekend ot. Charge client 1 week on sov for 2 weekends employee has to work with no pay. Employees with same title and identical job responsibilities paid differently, as much as 20k plus difference. Deductions every pay period for company vehicles without approval. Hr believes equal pay act is for females only, which is discrimination! The belief that seniority causes animosity. Must provide your own tools even though osha clearly states that they should provide tools that are inspected to be safe. Charge client for supervision, laborer, and cleaning crew but expect supervisor to do all the work.
