Pros
Helping people, the experience if you’re in school for the social/psychology field.
Cons
Company doesn’t entirely care for its employees like they should. Before applying I read the reviews and gave them the benefit of the doubt, the reviews weren’t lying. We also deserve a higher pay, 4 years and it still feels like I’m not making enough. Not enough to live, not enough for everything we do. Some managers/higher ups will lie to cover themselves. They don’t help either. Overall have come across only a few that actually go by the book.
