Pros
Great pay if you know how to negotiate. Great chance to learn a lot and fast. The clients are typically awesome to work with. There is a lot of travel and you will see a lot of the country. Fully remote culture. They mean it, too, as long as you get your work done. Co-workers are awesome. Some of the best I have ever worked with. Business is stable and growing. Job stability looks good.
Cons
Company is completely lacking from a management point view. Documents and SOP's are dated with no one to maintain them. Consultants have to do everything from client communications, planning travel, all while handling engagements and report writing. Engagements are typically hybrid remote/on-site and you will have overlapping engagements all while traveling 50%+. There was a sudden change in management but it only widened an already existing gap. It all fell on the workers to keep things together.
