Pros
Healthcare (If you ignore the fact that you are grossly underpaid because of it) 90 minute lunches to workout Work life balance in the sense that you are hourly
Cons
Underpaid under the guise of providing better benefits than other companies. You can only use your healthcare in this position if you are also wiling to give up PTO as you will be strictly hourly and get no sick leave. The CEO did not take COVID seriously in the slightest and refuses to reevaluate WFH policies. Upper management has no vision of where things are going and the company as a whole has never heard the word “proactive.” My direct manager was the only one I could actually trust and was hamstrung by his leadership. Very limited opportunity for upward mobility.
