looks like a nice office from the outside but inside it's full of toxic people

Cons

the bonus is only up to the head division. and even if the staff level gets a bonus, in one team only one person is taken who is entitled to a bonus. which is BAD and SUCKS

- Good work-life balance. - Solid benefits package, including health insurance and DPLK pension fund - Supportive environment for maintaining personal commitments

Pros

- Lots of young ones to drive the technology initiatives - Though the still high battle in digital bank, it's on the profit phase currently - Tech-stack wise, still has room for improvement as a lot of it are legacy from previous - Worklife balance is really good

Cons

- You can still feel clash between conventional & startup culture in terms of how they are handling things - Even though it is digital bank, some practices and procedures still follows the old guideline implemented in traditional bank - Quite difficult currently to develop new tech-stacks due to very tight budget
