Bank OZK is a large bank with multiple services and business units, allowing room for career advancement. Management is supportive of their employees' goals and career education.
Cons
In referring several acquaintances for positions here in the Loan Administration area, the requisition and hiring wheels seem to turn slowly. This has resulted in the individuals I have referred to losing interest in joining the team.
