Pros
Potentially good work-life balance (if allowed). Clients that you deal with will probably be the best part of your experience there.
Cons
Upper management turns a blind eye to problems. Multiple complaints about a particular individual will just lead to nothing being done. That coupled with little to no support from other areas of the management team leads to burnouts, frustration, and a overall feeling of being unappreciated. Be prepared to become stagnant as moving up is all about who likes you the best. Oh and if being considered, document everything being said. They will tell you one thing to get you in the door, then once committed, those things go out the window. Turnover has been high as of late due to these things listed above. Top employees are gone; with the bank having to start over with majority fresh individuals who were trained poorly (due to no official training program). Would hate to see how this bank is in a few years....
