Pros

A handful of decent staff members left (most have left or are leaving). Hours not too bad. Good place to work if it's your first job after school as you would fit right in.

Cons

Management is terrible and senior management is even worse. Bullying micro management culture. Staff treated extremely poorly and are very disposable. No matter what the length of service you will not even get a thank you let alone a promotion, which is near enough never heard of unless they think you will be easily controlled, has nothing to do with how hard you work. Recently majority of staff that have been working here for longer than one a half or 2 years are leaving as workload is being increased, bonus being withheld and all are replaced with inexperienced youngsters with no professionalism. This was originally a very good company however within the last year there has been a drastic change for the worse. Staff turnover is extremely poor to the point I don't even know half the names of members of my team any more. Targets are being set ridiculously high and bonus gets withheld too often. Not worth the stress you get. If you want a professional environment where you can grow or progress this is not it.

Pros

Salaried role, the people I worked with.

Cons

Low pay for high stress and workload, management treat you like a child (timing loo breaks and making sure you log in exactly on time.) My team leader was often reluctant to help (she would tell us just to "look it up" in the unhelpful OneNote or send her favourites around to help (who had been there for as long as I had). We were often put on the phone lines of the Compliance team (as they were understaffed) and had to suffer verbal abuse by candidates as we were unable to help. We would get inundated with calls from people desperately trying to reach the compliance team. Slight aside, but I also got very sick very often working at the office.

Pros

Met some decent people in my team Office days were fun when certain managers were not in

Cons

No confidentiality between managers and their staff Micromanaged despite no real KPIs or incentives. Mental health is not taken seriously until it's severe. Some of the managers have no people skills, play favourites (to the detriment of everyone else), Awful attitude towards you if you do not fit in with the rest of them. Extremely toxic and half of the department have left due to the above issues. Redundancies only to then rehire for the same roles
