4yThank you for your feedback. We continue to work with our managers to coach and train them to be effective leaders and managers. We understand schedules for the Teller position can be difficult since the schedule does include rotating Saturdays. This can be especially difficult when there are illnesses and coverage is difficult (like we have seen with Covid-19 in the past 2 years). In a very tough labor market we are working to "staff up" and hire the best talent we can find to serve our customers both internal and external.
